Why we exist
Behind H&B are Alexander Bär and Sina Heidari — two founders with a simple conviction: businesses should be in charge of their own systems and data. Reality often looks different. A handful of large providers dictate the tools, prices and terms, data sits in third countries, and switching is practically impossible.
That is why H&B Workspace exists: a fully fledged office suite built on open software, operated entirely in Germany, under contracts you can actually leave. To us, digital sovereignty means your ability to work does not depend on the decisions of other companies or other countries — it rests with you.
