What does switching to H&B Workspace cost?
We quote setup and migration transparently before you sign — and the price of a later exit is in the contract too. No surprises, in either direction.
Where is our data stored?
Exclusively in data centres in Germany. Processing follows GDPR; a data processing agreement (DPA) is part of the contract.
Can we move to our own servers later?
Yes. Nextcloud is open source — we help you move on-premise or to another provider, at contractually fixed cost.
What does the monthly price include?
