What does switching to H&B Workspace cost?

We quote setup and migration transparently before you sign, based on your existing systems and data volumes. You know the cost beforehand — not afterwards.

And what does the way out cost?

That is in the same contract. The cost of migrating to another provider or to your own servers is fixed contractually from day one — we help you move instead of blocking you.

How does the trial work?

You try H&B Workspace free for 10 days with the full feature set. The trial ends automatically — no payment details required.

How flexible are the modules?

Modules can be added or removed on a monthly basis — the kit grows and shrinks with your needs.

How much storage is included?

The base package includes 1 TB of shared company storage. If that is not enough, extend it in 1 TB blocks — bookable monthly, just like the modules.

What contract terms are available?

No lock-in contracts: H&B Workspace runs month to month and can be cancelled with two weeks’ notice to the end of the month. Modules can be added or removed monthly as well — the details are set out in our terms of service.

Where is our data stored?

Exclusively in data centres in Germany. Processing follows GDPR; a data processing agreement (DPA) is part of the contract.

What support do we get?

Always dedicated contacts who know your environment — no ticket ping-pong, no hold music. You choose the scope: on the Basic tier — with no monthly fee — we bill requests individually, while Standard and Premium include monthly requests and guaranteed response times.

Can we move to our own servers later?

Yes. Nextcloud is open source — we help you move on-premise or to another provider, at the contractually fixed cost.
