What does switching to H&B Workspace cost?

We quote setup and migration transparently before you sign, based on your existing systems and data volumes. You know the cost beforehand — not afterwards.

And what does the way out cost?

That is in the same contract. The cost of migrating to another provider or to your own servers is fixed contractually from day one — we help you move instead of blocking you.

How does the trial work?

You try H&B Workspace free for 14 days with the full feature set. The trial ends automatically — no payment details required.

How flexible are the modules?

Modules can be added or removed on a monthly basis — the kit grows and shrinks with your needs.

What contract terms are available?

We believe in short terms, not lock-in contracts. The details are set out in the contract — talk to us.

Where is our data stored?

Exclusively in data centres in Germany. Processing follows GDPR; a data processing agreement (DPA) is part of the contract.

What support do we get?

Dedicated contacts who know your environment — no ticket ping-pong, no hold music. Support is included in the base package.

Can we move to our own servers later?

Yes. Nextcloud is open source — we help you move on-premise or to another provider, at the contractually fixed cost.
