We keep a limited number of trial environments ready. If all are in use, we place you on the waiting list and get in touch as soon as one becomes available.

Your address also becomes the first test account.

Additional trial users (optional)

Optionally up to 4 colleagues — each person receives their own invitation from the trial environment. Please add them only with their agreement.

How it works

  1. 1 Submit the form — we reserve a trial environment for you or place you on the waiting list.
  2. 2 You receive an activation link by email (valid for 72 hours).
  3. 3 Your 10 days start with your click: we create the test accounts and every user receives an invitation.
  4. 4 The trial ends automatically — no cancellation, no payment details. We keep your trial data available for export for 14 days afterwards.

Good to know

  • Trial environments run on shared infrastructure and are somewhat slower than a production setup.
  • The email module is not part of the trial — all other modules are available.
  • Chat & video (Talk) is limited during the trial: fine for chats and one-on-one calls — larger video conferences are available in production with a dedicated conferencing backend.
  • If you become a customer, we take your trial data over into the production environment.
